Modern Slavery Statement This voluntary disclosure has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. uWatch Ltd is committed to acting in an ethical way and to ensure that modern slavery plays no part in the operation of our business or that of our suppliers. We believe that working with ethical organisations can help improve employment conditions in countries where there is a risk of modern slavery.

We issue a Code of Conduct to our suppliers and reserve the right to terminate any agreement should the code be breached. Company policies and procedures are in place to ensure the fair treatment of those employed directly or indirectly by uWatch. These include documented ‘right to work’ checks, a whistleblowing policy and an equal opportunities policy.

Any activities investigated under these policies and the resulting decision will be reported to the Board of Directors at each meeting. This statement was approved by uWatch Board.
